Job Description:/h3:
The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in:depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.
Essential Functions

:Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customers pertaining to order status and product knowledge requests.
:Processes customer orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures.
:Works closely with other departments to resolve issues with new or established accounts.
:Provides timely feedback to Market Manager regarding service initiation or customer concerns.
:Trains with the leadership team to meet and exceed customers service expectations.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment as well as inside of our retail locations. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, tablets, HD TVs, phones, etc.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand; walk and reach with hands and arms.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full:time position. Schedule will be discussed in interview process as we have several shifts available.
Required Education and Experience
:High School diploma or equivalent
:Customer service experience
:Basic knowledge of electronics, tablets, TVs etc
:1:2 years experience in customer service, sales or marketing
:Ability to develop strong relationships with others to foster a positive company and brand image

OUR OFFICE IS BASED IS GULFPORT, MS. CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING TO MAKE COMMUTE TO OUR OFFICE.
